Through a social nature work that began in 1992, by its creator Açucena Calixto Bonanato, SUPORTE has integrating Handicapped people in professional scope, preparing the environment and generating interactivity between people.
In order to turn possible this integration, several actions have been created in conjunction with the companies, such as speeches and trainings cycles, where SUPORTE disseminates concepts which attention focuses the Human Being competences and abilities, and not its possible limitations.
SUPORTE, however, has not been satisfied in actuating on the people social integration and searching for work opportunities. In conjunction with a group of professionals, they create, in July 2002, the Instituto Pró-Cidadania, an entity concerned to provide professional qualification and capacitating particularly to special people. .
This is the manner that SUPORTE has found to accomplish its social role, incorporating the citizenship in its business objective.
